I take this opportunity to congratulate you on possession of such a unique shopping mall in Baroda. I wish you very best of luck in this business venture.

 

I am highly thankful to you for your offer of shop number G101 for opening a restaurant. It shall be my pleasure and pride to be in business with you. However I request you to kindly clarify and confirm the following points that enable me to proceed further in the matter.

 

One year rent shall be paid by me in advance thereafter monthly rentals shall be paid in first week of each month. Six months notice shall be obligatory on either party before termination of contract. Any damage caused to the shop on account of natural calamities or any vandalism shall be made good by your insurance company. Shop shall be covered under a Fire Insurance policy too.

 

Please send your confirmation by return of post so that I can pay the advance rental for one year.

I agree to pay specified charges on this account. Any such charges on account of company transport may please be directly debited from my wages.

I am extremely sorry to inform you that I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction over the iron that I purchased from your shop yesterday.

 

Today while working with it I found that it does not pick up required temperature for ironing. Secondly the built-in water container leaks badly thereby spilling water on the clothes and furthermore retarding temperature. Because of all this, my work has suffered to a very great extent and I have lost good lot of time too. In a way it is not at all possible to use this piece.

To tell you very honestly I am very much frustrated on this issue.

 

I request you to very kindly replace this with an iron of another brand as I am totally dissatisfied with this particular brand?

My Dear Sir / Madam,

I am ———- your client. As you are very well aware, I have taken this flat on rent through your agency. Last Monday suddenly the heating system stopped and a great inconvenience is felt in the house due to severe cold and low ambient temperatures. This was immediately made known to you over the telephone and you promised to get it restored fast.

 

All the way a period of one week has passed after that and the system has not been attended or restored that is very painful. I am quite upset about this state of affairs which please note.

 

I am encountering a great inconvenience due to extreme cold and very low temperatures in the absence of heating system which please appreciates.
