Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you in connection with the part time job that I took up to serve your company. I took up the job because yours is an excellent company and I am good at PC operation. Hence I can serve you better and achieve customer delight for our company.

Of late I have experienced a difficulty that hinders in my performance and I get late for work. The difficulty is that I live in a distant suburb and public transport facilities are poor. However our company transport punctually plies thru my suburb.

I suggest that I may be permitted to travel by our company transport. Kindly issue me the permission card to travel by our company transport so that I can always be on time and perform better. I agree to pay specified charges on this account. Any such charges on account of company transport may please be directly debited from my wages.

I hope for a favorable consideration and action.

I shall look forward to hear from you soon,

With kindest regards,

Yours truly,

You bought an iron at a local shop yesterday. When you got it home you found it does not heat properly, so you can not use it. Furthermore the water container in the iron leaks.

Write a letter to the shop, and ask for another iron. You would prefer another brand. Explain your reasons.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am extremely sorry to inform you that I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction over the iron that I purchased from your shop yesterday.

Today while working with it I found that it does not pick up required temperature for ironing. Secondly the built-in water container leaks badly thereby spilling water on the clothes and furthermore retarding temperature. Because of all this, my work has suffered to a very great extent and I have lost good lot of time too. In a way it is not at all possible to use this piece.

To tell you very honestly I am very much frustrated on this issue.

I request you to very kindly replace this with an iron of another brand as I am totally dissatisfied with this particular brand?

I look forward to your cooperation and prompt action.

Thank you,

Yours truly,
